Privacy Policy
Effective June 2026
What We Collect
STACKD collects only what's necessary to provide the service:
- Email address — used for authentication and account recovery via Supabase Auth.
- Portfolio data you enter — coin names, quantities, cost basis, and goal targets you type into the app. This is stored in your account so it persists across devices.
That's it. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or any information you don't explicitly type into STACKD.
What We Never Collect
- Wallet addresses or private keys — STACKD is not a wallet and has no connection to your funds.
- Real-time portfolio value from any exchange or on-chain source — all values are manually entered by you.
- Browsing history, device fingerprints, or advertising identifiers.
How Your Data Is Used
- To authenticate you and display your portfolios across sessions.
- To compute goal progress, projected returns, and the analytics shown in your dashboard.
- Vercel Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated page-view data (no personal identifiers) to help us improve the product.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Where Data Is Stored
Your account and portfolio data is stored in Supabase, a Postgres-based cloud database. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Supabase's infrastructure runs on AWS in the United States.
You can review Supabase's privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account exists. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@stackd.app and we will remove everything within 30 days.
Cookies & Sessions
STACKD uses a single session cookie set by Supabase Auth to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and notify you via email if the changes affect how your data is used.
