By creating an account or using STACKD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

STACKD is a portfolio tracking and goal-setting tool — not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange.

Nothing on STACKD constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a prediction of future returns. All projections are illustrative calculations based on numbers you enter. Past performance of any asset does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial professional before making investment choices.

You must be at least 18 years old to use STACKD. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@stackd.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use STACKD for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to harm, defraud, or deceive others.
• Share your account credentials with others.

STACKD is provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees of uptime, data availability, or uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STACKD and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of funds, investment losses, or data loss — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

All content, design, and code in STACKD is owned by STACKD. You retain ownership of the portfolio data you enter. You grant STACKD a limited license to store and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@stackd.app.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of STACKD after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.
